Originally designed in Japan in the 1950s as a child's plaything, these charming paper balloons have many uses. Play catch, pop them in party bags or create a mobile. Each balloon comes flat and individually packed in a recyclable clear bag with a header.
To use them simply blow in the hole which will force the balloon to expand, inflate and form into its circular shaped character. The balloons can be flattened and blown up over and over again. They look very effective hung up, and stay inflated. Please note they do not come with a hanging thread, but that's easily created with a paperclip or a match stick popped in the hole, or some thread sewn through the top fin.
Not suitable for children under the age of 3.
Made from environmentally-friendly waxed rice paper. Each balloon measures between 12cm and 15cm in diameter, fins and tails are extra!
